
Well, I had a sleep study last night. This was so much easier than I had imagined! My room up at the hospital was like a hotel room! I have always snored, but since I had gained so much weight, my doctor wanted to make sure I didn't have sleep apnea, and I don't! I got home in time this morning to walk with the girls to school. I have lost a total of 15 pounds! I seem to be averaging about 5 pounds a week with this routine. At this rate I should be back to my original weight in 2 years. Yeah, right! I also did a colonscopy this summer and a bone density scan. I am actually very healthy. It will be good to sleep in my own bed tonight. Have a great day!
