Bowling on #9! Happy Birthday Aden!

Yesterday we had Aden's birthday at the Main Event! It was a bowling party! We had a nice turn out of kids, and it was a lot of FUN! Aden received some nice gifts, and it was nice not to have to deal with the clean up etc...!!!! I think this was the best part, NO CLEAN UP!

Happy Birthday Aden!

Yesterday was Aden"s birthday! She is now 9 years old! I can hardly believe how fast the time has gone. I took cupcakes up to the school for lunch, and in the afternoon we had a few of Aden's neighbor friends come over to play and eat cake and ice cream. Today is the REAL party at the Main Event! It is going to be a bowling party! Should be interesting, since Aden has only bowled on the WII! The girls now both have guitars, and will be taking lessons again this summer.

3rd-5th Grade Science Fair

This evening was the 3rd through 5th grade science fair at the school. The third graders do a classroom project, but next year all 4th and 5th graders have to do a project independently. Aden's class did a group project with bubble gum. We could have spent the entire evening looking at all of the different projects!

Fun Day Indoors on a Cold Day

It has been soooo cold here! We have been having record lows, with a temp of 10 degrees last night! Aden had a couple of her little friends over while Azul was at a birthday party. The girls were having a dress up party and just staying warm.

Happy New Year!

We ended up having a really nice new year's eve and new year. The plan was to go to San Antonio for a party, but we ended up staying home. After the grape incident blew over, everything was OK. We went over to Carlos' sister's house in the evening to visit on new year's day. We still had some sparklers left over from last 4th of July, and the girls had a fun time doing the sparklers. We were all so tired, and were all in bed around 9 pm! Happy 2010!
